## About

Siri Lindley turned a self-doubting outsider into a 2x ITU World Champion triathlete (2001, 2002), then turned that playbook into one of the most sought-after high-performance coaching practices in the world. Her athletes have won Olympic medals, Ironman World Championships, and 70.3 World Championships.

In late 2019, Siri was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia and given less than a 10% chance of survival. She was declared cancer-free in May 2020. The experience refined the framework she now teaches on stage: **ChampionMind 5** — five mental habits that produce elite performance under pressure: Energy, Authenticity, Intentionality, Presence, Gratitude.

She is a five-time Hall of Famer (World Triathlon, USA Triathlon, ITU, Boulder Sports, Brown Athletic) and the author of *Surfacing* (2016) and *Finding a Way* (2023). Offstage, Siri co-founded Believe Ranch and Rescue and Horses in Our Hands — two nonprofits saving horses from slaughter and using equine-assisted leadership work to help executives and athletes recover, reset, and lead with empathy.
